Jane Michael AI Talent Search is a brand of Jane Michael LLC ("JM," "we," "us," or "our"). We are a specialist talent search firm focused on direct hire recruiting for production AI accountability (design, deploy, operate) in regulated environments. Our Website provides information about our services and allows candidates and clients to contact us.
2. Eligibility and Permitted Use

- Be offered a position
- Be hired
- Receive ongoing communications
JM also does not guarantee the availability of roles, the accuracy of job information, or any particular hiring timeline.
4. Candidate Submissions and Representation
If you submit a resume or personal information through the Website, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge.
JM does not submit candidates to clients without explicit candidate consent. When a specific client opportunity is identified, JM may request that you sign a separate right to represent and right to submit agreement tied to that role and client.
5. Client Inquiries
If you submit a client inquiry through the Website, you represent that you are authorized to request recruiting services for your organization or are seeking information in good faith.
Submitting an inquiry does not create a client relationship. A client relationship is created only after both parties sign a written client recruiting agreement.
6. Website Content and Intellectual Property
All content on the Website, including text, graphics, logos, layout, and design, is owned by JM or licensed to JM and is protected by intellectual property laws.
You may view and use the Website for personal or internal business purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or exploit any Website content without our prior written consent.

You and JM waive trial by jury and agree not to participate in any class or representative actions. The arbitration shall take place in Florida or another mutually agreed location.
