Jane Michael AI Talent Search is a brand of Jane Michael LLC.
Jane Michael AI Talent Search ("JM," "we," "us," or "our") is a specialist talent search firm focused exclusively on Forward Deployed Engineers (FDEs) and AI Platform Engineers (MLOps, LLMOps, production AI infrastructure).
We recruit for AI, GenAI, and SaaS vendors serving the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance sector ("BFSI"). We provide permanent direct hire recruiting by default. In rare cases, we may support contract or contract-to-hire engagements under a separate written agreement with a strategic partner client.
This Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect personal information from candidates, clients, website visitors, and other individuals who interact with JM.

- Optional sensitive information you choose to share (for example, disability accommodations). We do not require this.
Information we may collect from other sources may include:
- Public professional profiles and work samples
- Referrals (with your permission where required)
- Client feedback during a hiring process
- Background or verification data if you move into late stages and consent
We do not intentionally collect information from children under 16.

- Client companies you consent to be submitted to

- Talent network candidates: up to 24 months after last meaningful interaction, unless you request deletion earlier
- Legal or audit records: as required by law
